The reason I started CrossFit was because I was ready for a lifestyle change. I had a few clients that we’re participating in CrossFit at the time. Their influence helped me want to join.
My very first time I went into the gym I only stayed for half of the class. And left in the middle of it. I was intimidated and unsure of myself. After about a month of going in I got a lot more comfortable. It gave me the strength to come out of my shell. I’ve always been an outgoing person but wasn’t always good at trying new things.
Right now I am working on things to just become more consistent. My goals have shifted from when I first started till now. I’m working on self confidence again. For some reason when I’m in the CrossFit gym the outside world just kind of goes away.
