A STRONG KID IS A SAFE KID.

IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD PROTECT OUR KIDS FROM EVERYTHING THAT LIFE THROWS AT THEM, BUT WE CAN’T. THE BEST THING WE CAN DO IS MAKE THEM STRONG. THROUGH OUR KID’S FITNESS PROGRAM, YOUR CHILD WILL DEVELOP QUALITIES LIKE TRUST, COHESION, SELF-ACCOUNTABILITY, AND CONFIDENCE, UNLIKE ANYTHING WE’VE SEEN ELSEWHERE.

WE USE AGE-APPROPRIATE SKILLS, CHALLENGES, AND EQUIPMENT. BY USING A FUN COMBINATION OF CALISTHENICS, RUNNING, ROWING, JUMPING, THROWING, CARRYING, PUSHING, PULLING, CLIMBING AND LIFTING WE GET KIDS TO LOVE EXERCISE.

CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12) begins Monday, Sept 21. and will last 5 weeks.  Classes will be held at 1pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

CrossFit Teens (ages 13-17) begins Thursday Sept 21 at 6:30pm, Friday 6:30pm and Saturday at 10am. This will last 5 weeks.

We will cap both groups at 10 kids. Please do not drop your kids off until 5 minutes before class begins. Parents will not be allowed to stay at the gym.
