Max rep power cleans at 135/95 (or 60%)
Rx+: 10 handstand pushups
The handstand pushups should take a very small amount of time. This is a chance to practice them in small sets.
Scale with a 10 second handstand hold or seated DB press.
The power cleans should be on the heavier side.
