2000m run (in 200m partner intervals
30 synchro burpees (on the ground together)
30 synchro suitcase hold with KB/DB lunges 50/35 (switch hand at 15 reps)
1000m run (200m partner intervals)
30 synchro wall balls 20/14
400m run (200m partner intervals)
30 synchro KB/DB swings 50/35

During the run, the resting partner is holding a plate in a gun hold.
Each partner run counts as 1 rep. So there will be 10 reps in the 2000m run.
