6 rounds of:
7 toes to bar
7 air squats
14 shoulder to overhead 95/65
Rx+: 6 rounds of:
20 toes to bar/air squat (alternate rnds)
14 shouter to overhead 95/65
25 Minute time cap*
The toes to bar should be the bear of the workout for most. But the shoulder to overheads are nothing to sneeze at.
Plan on breaking the toes to bar from the beginning. Shoulder to overhead in one MAYBE two sets.
Rx+ is bigger sets of toes to bar. Alternate each round with air squats. So, round one is t2b, round 2 is air squat. 3 is t2b etc..
