24 (12/arm) single arm KB/DB front rack squats 53/35
12 (6/arm) single arm KB/DB front rack squats
6 (3/arm) single arm KB/DB front rack squats
*28 minute time cap
Stamina! The push ups are the obvious dog here. OK for ladies to go to a 2" riser.
Legs will be feeling it after the squats and run.
Pace the first 2/3 of the workout, then PUSH on the last run, pushups and squats!
