150m Single Arm Farmer Carry
Push the 400m run. The other movements won’t tax your cardiovascularly.
Choose a tough scaling option on the HSPU and use this a opportunity for a lot of practice.
These can be kipping or strict. If you’re a wizard at these, go for unbroken sets.
The farmer carry is one arm out to the alley and the other arm coming back.
