*DB placed arm’s distance in front of plank hold, alternate arms each touch*
Abs for days!! This one will get sweaty VERY quickly. Use the bike to manage your intensity–if you can hang on and hit the calories in :30-:35s in round 1, you should be able to hold on through the 6 rounds.
