15 Wall balls 20/14
6 Burpees to target (6″)
Scale with 100-80-60-40-20 single under
Work on double unders for 45 sec each round
SPRINT through Annie, then chip away at the second triplet. You should have about 12 minutes (or maybe more!) to work on this. 5-6 Rounds would be solid score
ABs and cardio on part 1… part 2 is a leg burner, for sure!
