Against a 25 min running clock ….

Double Unders
Sit ups

with remaining time perform as many rounds as possible:

200m Run
15 Wall balls (20/14)
6 Burpees to target (6″)

Scale:
100-80-60-40-20 single jump rope skips
OR
Work on double unders for 45s each round

SPRINT through Annie, then chip away at the second triplet. You should have about 10 minutes (or maybe more!) to work on this. 4-5 Rounds would be solid score.

ABs and cardio on part 1… part 2 is a leg burner, for sure!
