A) 3 sets of:
Rear Foot Elevated Romanian Deadlift x 10 reps /side
Build over the sets.
*Between sets:
-25′ Handstand walk (or 1 minute attempt), Lateral wall shuffle, Handstand box drill. 
-15 V-ups
 
B) 4-5 Rounds or 20 Minutes:
100 Single-Unders. Alternate drills. 
:40 Wall Sit March (steady and controlled)
:20 Single-Arm Plank (on rings if it’s easy)
3 Turkish Get Ups each side
