A)  12 Minute AMRAP 
20 Double-Unders
10 Dumbbell Deadlifts 50/35
10 Alternating Dumbbell Renegade Rows

Rest 6 minutes, then…

B)  12 Minute AMRAP
6 Toes To Bar 
8 Cal Bike or Row
10 Pistols 

Rx+ do the T2B unbroken–if you come off or miss a swing, 3 burpee penalty!

Choose scaling options that allow for you both to move unbroken and relatively consistently.
