A1) 2 sets:
Romanian Deadlift x 15 reps @4121
rest 30 seconds 

A2) 2 sets of:
Dumbbell Lat Pullover   x 15 reps @4121
rest 60 seconds

B) Bear Complex EMOM:

On the minute, for 5 minutes
 1 Power Clean
 1 Front Squat
 1 Push Press
 1 Back Squat
 1 Push Press
* start light and use the same weight all 5 minutes. 95/65 at the heaviest. 

Rest 2 minutes

On the minute, for 5 minutes
 1 Power Clean
 1 Front Squat
 1 Push Press
 1 Back Squat
 1 Push Press
*Medium, adding weight each set. 

Rest 2 minutes

10 mins to build to your heaviest weight.

Barbell cardio! Most of the work is in the light/medium sets. The last few should be heavy (and fun!)
