Foundations starts today!

Thanksgiving Day schedule: 8/9am classes only.  No 5/6am the Friday after. All other classes are the same. 

A1) 2 sets of:
Seated DB press x 15 reps @4121 
rest 30 seconds 
A2) 2 sets of:
Back squat x 15 reps @4121
rest 1 minute

A little heavier than last week. Use a load that’s light enough to allow you to perform the prescribed reps at the prescribed tempo. This will probably be in the ball park of 40% for most folks. Modify to Goblet Squat as needed.

B) 3 Rounds for Time:
20 Alternating Front Rack Reverse Lunges 95/65
15 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Pull-Ups

Rx+ 115/75, chest to bar

The barbell comes from the floor and should be light for you, unbroken on the fast end. Modify volume on pull ups and/or to jumping pull ups or ring rows as needed.
