CrossFit Kids Summer Program
Summer classes with be two days a week for 8 weeks! This is a great way to keep kids in shape for the summer regularly learning and practicing the basics of functional movements! We look forward to a fun and fit summer!
Athlete Development Program
Summer Training June 24-July 19
High School Schedule: Monday, Wednesday. Friday at 1pm
Improve speed, strength, agility and power as it relates to sport. We use varying training methods including Olympic Lifting, plyometrics, speed training and sport specific movement to reach our goals.

A) Every 2 minutes, for 14 minutes:
2 Squat Snatch + 2 Hang Squat Snatch
If you trained Monday-Wednesday then keep these light and add a rep or two focusing on technique. Otherwise, build over the seven sets.
If your new to the movement, complete 4 hang power snatches every 2 minutes.
B) 15 min AMRAP:
20-s handstand hold
15 kettlebell swings
15 AbMat sit-ups
Scale HS hold to 1-2 good attempts and something challenging
-HS kick up
-pulling feet from wall
-shoulders against box
-freestanding (w/or w/out wall)
Choose a weight for KB swings that feels fairly easy. Just heavy enough to get your heart rate up. The goal is to PRACTICE handstands today.
