Minute 3: 12/9 Calorie Bike

Rest 5 minutes before B

On the minute, for 10 minutes:
Even: 40 seconds of standing DB Hammer Curls
Odd: 40 Seconds of standing Tricep Skull Crushers

Shoot for the same DB on both movements and don’t rush the movements. Time under tension is more important than reps on movements like this)
