CFV Championship January 11-13 – Come out and support 12 of our athletes at the Clark County Fairgrounds. It’s gonna be a blast!
It’s officially official, 2019 has begun. This is the first full week in 2019!
So if you took a couple weeks off, and you’re just working your way back, treat this week as a “habit” week. Get in a habit, show up at least 3 times, and don’t worry about how you do on the workouts. To help you with that, well be adding additional class times and programs to the schedule.
Please use the following link to register a “Drop-In” that you have invited PRIOR to showing up to a class. If drop-ins are not pre registered they will not be guaranteed a spot in a class. All the necessary steps required for a new member can be handled prior to showing up to class using the link below. The Saturday “Intro” class can be registered for here OR on the website as usual.
