Today CrossFit Sentry wishes farewell to one of our longest standing and most beloved members, Sara Potter. Sara is moving to Colorado this Saturday to start a new, exciting chapter of her life. She’ll be living near her family and starting an amazing new job doing what she loves, working with Adaptive CrossFit coaching and supporting people to live their best lives and become healthier, happier, more capable individuals.

Sara has been with CrossFit Sentry/ Thorbeckes CrossFit since the EARLY days, before we became a CrossFit gym, and she was an essential member on the Thorbeckes CrossFit team on both our trips to Regionals. If you’ve met Sara or seen her name on the leaderboard you know she has a BIG engine, strength to boot, and is never one to back down from a challenge! She is one of the most down to earth, truly caring individuals you will ever meet!

Going forward, we couldn’t be happier for Sara and the accomplishments that she has made over the past 8 years with the gym. Sara is an amazing coach and athlete, and has a true passion for what she does. Please join us in wishing her a heartfelt goodbye and congratulations in her new ventures with today’s WOD!
