How to Beat the Assault Bike -OPEX

A) 3 sets of:
Bench Press 
x 8
rest 60 seconds

Dumbbell Front Rack Step-Ups x 8 each leg
rest 60 seconds 

Use a controlled “faster up-slower down” tempo for both movements. Go heavier than last weeks 10’s. Use a box height that allows for “squat depth” on the working leg.

B) 20 Minute AMRAP
8 Ring Rows
10 Pushups 
14 Wallballs 20/14
