A) Every 90 Seconds x 10 Sets:
2 Clean Deadlifts (3 seconds down) + 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat

Use the first few sets to build, with the goal of making 3-5 reps at about 90% of last week’s heaviest successful weight.

B) In teams of two:
6 Rounds for Time:
15 Deadlifts 115/75
9 Lateral Burpees Over-the-Bar
6 Push Presses 115/75

*Partners alternate whole rounds

For Time
30 Clean and Jerks 135/95
30 Clean and Jerks 155/115

Partition the reps anyhow.
