-8 Ring Rows (get as horizontal as possible while still completing the full range of motion)

-75 Pushups (chest to floor, thighs off floor)
-65 Box Jumps (step down)
-55 Medicine Ball Situps (touch med ball to floor behind your head then your feet)

C) Cash Out
800 meter run
(Not for time, just complete an 800 meter run before you leave)
