Strength:) Choose one according to skill level:
12X2, 8X3, 6X4, 5×5, 4X6, 3X8 or 2X12 (each leg)
1. Deck Squat
2. Cossack Squat
3. Supported Pistols
3. Box Pistols
4. Pistols

B) Every two minutes, for 10 minutes: Bench Press

Five sets of three reps. 33×1 (3 second descent, 3 second hold at the bottom, 1 second up)

WOD: “Cindy” 
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
